1. Nature of Our Products and Services

All our offerings, including but not limited to:

Online training programs (e.g., AI-Driven Project Management and Construction Workflow)
Live webinars and workshops
Digital materials, templates, and recordings

are digital products and services.

Due to the nature of digital content, access is granted immediately or within a short period after payment.

2. General Refund Policy

All payments are generally non-refundable.

Once a participant has:

Successfully enrolled
Gained access to the training program
Attended any live session or received materials

refunds will not be issued.

3. Exceptions (If Applicable)

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

Duplicate or accidental payment
Technical issues on our end that prevent access to the program (and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time)

Any approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

4. Rescheduling Policy

If a participant is unable to attend a live session:

Access to recordings (if available) may be provided
The participant may be allowed to join a future batch, subject to availability and approval

5. Transfer of Enrollment

Enrollment may be transferable to another participant before the start of the program, subject to prior notice and approval.

6. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

Ensuring availability during scheduled sessions
Providing accurate contact information
Accessing materials and attending sessions on time

Failure to attend or complete the program does not qualify for a refund.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

By purchasing our services, you agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks.

If you experience any issues, please contact us first so we can assist you.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

Suspension of access to services
Restriction from future programs
